We offer FREE standard delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) on all orders over £60 (after any discounts). We only use Royal Mail 24 Tracked & 48 Tracked services & aim to ship all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Thursday). You order will then take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered.
Please choose Express delivery if you'd like your order processed & dispatched quicker than this, even if you qualify for free delivery.
We also offer a Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery upgrade available for £5.95 per order. All express orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day (Monday to Thursday). If you place your order after 1pm, it will be shipped the next working day. It should then take between 1 and 2 days to arrive.
For orders under £60, we offer 2 options:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.95 per order
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £5.95 per order
PLEASE NOTE: We make absolutely NO profit on our shipping & packaging costs and in most cases actually have to subsidise the cost for you.
Please allow 10 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel. Most of our parcels that contain 2.5 metres or less will fit through a letterbox. If your parcel is larger than this (or requires a signature) and no-one is home, you will receive a card from Royal Mail with further instructions. We cannot be held responsible for non-collection of parcels from the post office & would encourage you to contact your nearest Royal Mail delivery office if you believe your parcel is missing, as the red delivery card may have been mislaid.

Unusually for a fabric retailer who cuts to your specifications, we choose to offer hassle free returns!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your fabric, please pack up and send your fabric back to us within 14 days. Fabric must be returned to us exactly as you received it; it must not be cut, washed, tampered with or used in any way.
All returns are sent at your own expense and postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is faulty. We strongly advise you to choose a tracked service when returning your items as we cannot assume any responsibility for lost items and will not issue a refund without receiving the fabric back.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Firstly, please check that there are no preorder fabrics in your order! Preorder fabrics will ONLY be shipped by the date stated on each individual listing. If you've ordered BOTH preorder and in-stock fabrics in the same order, the whole order will be held until the preorder fabric arrives, otherwise you will need to pay postage twice as we'll need to ship 2 separate parcels.
Please allow 10 working days (Monday - Friday) before contacting us about a missing parcel as we can't investigate with Royal Mail until then. If you believe your parcel should have been delivered, please check with any friends/neighbours/relatives that could have taken it in for you. Usually parcels over 2.5 metres will be sent via parcel rather than a large letter service, so please look out for the red "sorry we missed you" card from Royal Mail if no-one was home when delivery was attempted.
Please also check your email confirmation/order details from your account to make sure you've inputted the correct delivery address at the checkout.
Finally, please check with your local delivery office to see if your parcel is there. If, after 10 working days, you've exhausted all these options, please contact us.
