If you're calling about your order, please make sure you have all the information you need to hand including your order number, date and/or fabric names. 

Our business is run by busy working mums and we monitor our inboxes & phone from Monday to Thursday from 9.30am until 2.30pm. Occasionally, we will work in the evening as well which is why your email may be replied to late at night. 

Please check out our FAQ for lots of common questions. If you're missing a parcel, please check around your property, with neighbours & your local Royal Mail delivery office in case the red card has been misplaced.
